Aiden founded the Andraste Group as an space tech company that was focussed on sustainability and addressing the increasingly problematic issue of space debris.
Aiden has worked for an engine development start up as a design engineer and quality control administrator helping the company achieve ISO 9001 and AS9001 standards whilst working on many projects involving the development of rotary engines. He then moved on to become a Senior Technical Officer in the Electrical Engineering Department at the University of Hertfordshire working with academic staff, students and industry partners to provide expertise on many engineering subjects.
Aiden received an MEng (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering with Space Technology from the University of Hertfordshire. During this time he met Donovan where they shared a passion for the space tech industry especially in the sustainability of its use.

Donovan joined Andraste Group at the start, following years of gaining experience in a variety of different trades. Following leaving HM Forces after four and a half years of service, Donovan worked in the security and medical sectors before deciding to take on a new challenge with university study.
Whilst studying for his degree, Donovan also worked as a Design Engineer, and a Technical Author. After university, Donovan undertook the Project Engineering Graduate Scheme at Jaguar Land Rover, carrying out work in business and data analytics, and programming within the ADAS team, before finally joining MBDA as a Technical Author prior to joining Andraste.
Donovan received his BEng (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering with Space Technology from the University of Hertfordshire.
